摘  要:通过溶液培养,研究了不同浓度融雪剂对水稻幼苗生长及部分生理特性的影响。结果表明:在高浓度的融雪剂胁迫下水稻幼苗苗高和根长变小,植株生长受到抑制,低浓度(质量浓度为0.1g/L)融雪剂处理后叶绿素含量略有增加,高浓度的融雪剂处理后叶绿素的含量大幅度下降。质量浓度高于1 g/L的融雪剂处理水稻幼苗,根部可溶性糖的含量急剧上升,叶片膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量增加,同时膜受到损伤膜透性增大。Nutrient solution culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of snow- melting agent treatment (0,0.1,0.5,1.0,2.0, 4.0 g/L) on plant growth and some physiological characteristics of rice seedlings. The results showed that high concentration snow- melting agent inhibited the increase of plant height; low concentration of snow- melting agent (0.1 g/L) treatment increased chlorophyll content though high concentration of snowmelt agent (1.0g/L) treatment could reduce it. Additionally, snow - melting agent treatment increased MDA and soluble sugar content, and increased the cell membrane permeability.
