茂名地区住宅建筑通风节能设计方法研究

摘　　要：茂名市属于夏热冬暖地区,在这一地区自然通风对改善住宅建筑室内热环境方面具有至关重要和不可替代的作用。通过对建筑中自然通风对建筑的作用及效果的分析,阐述了本地区在住宅建筑设计中自然通风的设计作用和方法。Hot summer and mild winter is the most distinguished climatic characteristic of Maoming region. Natural ventilation thus plays a vital and irreplaceable role in the improvement of thermal environment of the interior of a residential building. The author of the article analyzes the functions and effects of natural ventilation on buildings and puts forward some ventilation and energy - saving design applicable to residential construction in the region.
