采用国产聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ制备奥美拉唑肠溶微丸的研究

摘　　要：目的考察采用国产的聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ作为肠溶包衣材料制备奥美拉唑肠溶丸的可行性。方法分别的采用国产聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ与Eudragit L30D作为肠溶包衣材料制备奥美拉唑肠溶丸。并对包衣质量加以比较。结果未碱化聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ60%与95%的乙醇溶液均可包出合格的奥美拉唑小丸,质量与用L30D所制小丸相近。结论采用国产聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ可以用于制备奥美拉唑肠溶微丸。Aim To study the feasibility of using polyacrylic acid resin II as the omeprazole enteric-coated pellets＇coating material. Methods The omeprazole enteric-coated pellets were prepared by using polyacrylic acid resin II. They were compared with the same pellets prepared by using Eudragit L30D. Results Unbasified polyacrylic acid resin II 60% and 95% of the ethanol solution can be used to produce qualified Omeprazole pellets. There were no significant differences. Conclusion The domestic polyacrylic acid resin II can be used as the omeprazole enteric-coated pellets＇coating material.
