再造浓缩丸中天麻素含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的用反相高效液相色谱法测定再造浓缩丸中天麻素的含量。方法用乙醚萃取法去除样品中的干扰物质。采用Cromosil C18分析柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．05％磷酸溶液（1．5：98．5），检测波长：220nm，流速：1ml·min^-1。结果天麻素进样量在0．08-1．20μg（r=0．9999）范围内呈线性，加样回收率为98．77％（RSD：5．0％）。结论前处理方法能有效去除干扰物质，保护色谱柱，所得样品组分分离度好，简便快速，结果准确可靠，可用于制备再造浓缩丸质量控制所需的供试品溶液。Aim To determine gastrodin in Zaizao Nongsuo pills by RP - HPLC. Method Other substances in the pills were removed by ether extraction. The chromatographic method was carried out on Cromosil C18 column using acetonitrile - 0.05% phosphoric acid（ 1.5： 98, 5） as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 220nm. The flow rate was 1 ml · min^-1. Results The calibration curve shows a good linear correlation within the concentration range of 0.08 - 1.20 μg（ r =0.999 9） ,and the average recovery was 98.77% with RSD of 5.0% for gastrodin. Conclusion The method can remove the other substances to protect the column. It is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable,which can be applied to preparing the sample solution of zaizao nongsuo pills.
