摘  要:为了达到良好的运动模拟效果并满足系统的控制精度要求,讨论了精确控制油温、降低油液中的气体含量、在线测量油液的弹性模量以及保持供油压力的稳定等关键技术及应用问题.在对接机构综合试验台液压驱动系统上进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,所采用的比例水阀控制油温的方法可以实现油温的精确控制,封闭系统在线抽真空除气的方法可以有效提高油液的弹性模量.In order to achieve good motion simulation results and meet the requirements of precision control, several key technologies and application were discussed, such as precision control of oil temperature, reducing air content, online measurement of bulk modulus of hydraulic oil and maintaining stability of oil supply pressure. Experimental research was carried out on the hydraulic driving system of comprehensive test bed for docking mechanism. The experimental results showed that the method used for oil temperature control through proportional water valve could achieve precise control of oil temperature, the method used for online vacuum degassing in closed hydraulic system could effectively improve bulk modulus of hydraulic oil, and the method used for pressure control in big flow changes was good.
