妈咪爱联合利巴韦林、思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察妈咪爱联合利巴韦林、思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。【方法】将本院收治的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿58例按就诊先后顺序随机分为对照组29例，用利巴韦林、思密达治疗；治疗组29例，在对照组治疗的基础上加用妈咪爱治疗；利巴韦林用法：10mg／（kg·d），分3次口服；思密达用法：1岁以下，1g／次，1岁以上，1．5g／次，3次／日；妈咪爱用法：1岁以下，0．5g／次，1岁以上，1g／次，2次／日。比较两组的疗效。【结果】治疗组的治愈率和总有效率分别为75．86％和96．55％，均明显高于对照组（48．28％和75．86％），组间比较，其差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】妈咪爱联合利巴韦林、思密达治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著。[Objective] To investigate the effect of medilac-vita combined with ribavirin and smecta for the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. [Methods]Fifty eight infantile patients diagnosed as rotavirus enteritis according to clinical diagnostic criteria were divided randomly into trial group（ n = 29） and control group（ n = 29）. The patients in control group were treated with ribavirin and smecta. On the base of treatment of control group, patients in trial group were treated with medilac-vita. The ribavirin was administrated with oral 10 mg/（kg · d）, third a day. The smecta was administrated with once lg under 1 year and 1.5g upon 1 year, third a day. The medilac-vita was administrated with once 0.5g under 1 year and lg upon 1 year, twice a day. [Results] The cure and total effective rate of the trial group were 75.86% and 96.55%, respectively, while the control group were 48.28% and 75.86%, respectively. There were significant differences（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Medilac-vita combined with ribavirin and smecta has significant effect for the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.
