国际化趋势下金融专业人才培养模式的思考

摘　　要：近年来我国金融学专业人才的培养取得了长足的进步,为国家的经济发展作出了重要贡献,但在经济全球化和金融国际化的背景下也面临着严峻的挑战。为了应对新形势,我国的金融人才培养必须注重本土化与国际化的结合,把握全球化的业务规范和管理法规、顺应金融运行规律与发展趋势,只有立足在国际通用人才的培养模式下,加强金融学专业课程的国际化,进行金融课程体系的整合与更新,促进金融学与其它相关学科的交叉融合,建设高水平的师资队伍,才能增强我国金融国际化人才的竞争实力。For recent years, cultivation of financial professionals in China has made considerable progress and important contributions to economic development, but faced severe challenges under the background of economic globalization and financial internationalization. In response to the new situation, China＇ s cultivation of financial professionals shall focus on combination of localization and internationalization, grasp globalization business norms and regulations, conform to fi- nancial operation laws and development trend, strengthen internationalization of financial professional courses and integration and upgrade of financial curriculum system based on cultivating modes of international general personnel, boost cross - integration of finance and other courses, build high - quality teaching staff in order to improve competence of international financial talents.
