摘　　要：许多研究生由于是初次投稿,论文的写作水平参差不齐。本着特殊情况特殊对待的原则,编辑人员应在对稿件初审、退修和退稿等过程中采取相应的编辑对策,以更好的为广大研究生作者服务。The postgraduate paper is not in the same level because of the first submission.In order to serve for the postgraduate well,editors shoud take some countermeasures in accordance with the rule of special condition dealed with specially in the course of editing.
