摘  要:根据船用柴油机清洗项目提出的自动控制、检测需求进行论证,采用嵌入式系统开发方法,按照PC104模块+W INCE嵌入式操作系统+C编程语言开发方式和控制、检测最优化要求,提出了针对智能控制、检测在该系统软硬件上的技术设计方法。这套系统的开发较好地满足了系统技术指标要求,可扩展性好,而且具有良好的可移植性与模块互换性。According to this article the control examination demand which this clean examination truck unloading leaves to carry on the proof, uses the embedded system method of exploitation, according to PC104 module + WINCE embedded operating system + eVC programming language development pattern, from the use demand, the main constituent, the principle of design, the software and hardware realization method, the primary control flow and so on several aspects has carried on the elaboration to this embedded control examination system, and defers to the control examination optimization request, proposed in view of the intelligent control examination on this system software and hardware preliminary realization method, has conducted the research and the discussion to in the system performance history several crucial technical question. This set of systematic development satisfied the war technique target request well which the clean examination truck unloading left, the extendibility has been good, moreover had the good probability and the module interchangeability.
