摘　　要：广西壮族自治区合浦县水土保持监督执法经过一年多的艰苦探索，取得了一系列成果，被评为全国第二批试点先进单位。通过对该县水土保持监督执法工作做法、成效和经验的阐述，指出存在不足之处及今后努力方向。After over one year's supervising and enforcing the law of soil and water conserva-tion in Hepu county, Guangxi province, a series of achievements were made and Hepu was cho-sen as one experimental spot of the county. Some methods in superiving and enforcing the lawof soil and water conservation, effects and experiences were expressed. It also pointed outsome problems existing in present and put forward improving direction in the future.
