摘  要:以三氯氧磷(POCl3)和丙烯酸羟乙脂(HEA)为原料合成了二丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸酯,并将其继续与环氧树脂E-51反应,合成了一种四官能度的UV固化含磷环氧丙烯酸酯。确定了上述2步反应的最佳反应条件。对含磷环氧丙烯酸酯低聚物配制的胶液进行了物理力学性能测试。结果表明:POCl3、HEA的物质的量比为2:1,以三乙胺做缚酸剂,反应温度60~65℃,合成的二丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸酯颜色浅,收率90%,纯度93.2%。二丙烯酰氧乙基磷酸酯和环氧树脂E-51的物质的量比为2:1,反应温度70~75℃,含磷环氧丙烯酸酯纯度88%以上。将含磷环氧丙烯酸酯低聚物配成胶液后,和环氧丙烯酸酯相比,黏度降低了95%倍,剪切强度和附着力提高了2倍,固化时间和体积收缩率大大降低。Diacrylate ethoxy phosphate was prepared from phosphorus oxychloride( POCl3 ) and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and then reacted with epoxy resin( E -51 )to obtain a tetra- functionality UV- curable epoxy acrylate containing phosphorus. The optimum reaction conditions of the two steps were determined. The mechanical properties of the glue prepared by the the product were tested. The results showed that the yield of diacrylate ethoxy phosphate with light color could reach 90% and purity 93.2% in the conditions of the molar ratio of POCl3/HEA 2:1 with triethylamine as acid binding agent, reaction temperature 60 - 65 ℃. In the second reaction, the purity of epoxy acrylate containing phosphorus was up to 88% with the ratio of diaerylate ethoxy phosphate/epoxy resin( E - 51 )2:1 and reaction temperature 70- 75 ℃. The viscosity of the glue using epoxy acrylate containing phosphorus was only one twentieth of the glue prepared by epoxy acrylate. The shear strength and adhesion were increased by two times and its curing time and volume shrinkage were greatly reduced.
