摘　　要：目的:探讨临床应用胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病中存在的风险因素,寻求规避和化解护理风险的策略,以提高护理工作质量和治疗效果。方法:识别和分析临床应用胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病的护理风险因素,实施相应的安全管理措施,加强风险管理。结果:患者血糖代谢控制水平较治疗前明显好转。结论:实施有效的护理风险管理对预防护理安全隐患的发生,减少护理危险事件的发生具有重要作用。Objective ：To explore the nursing risk factors that existed in clinical application of insulin pump therapy in diabetes, and seek to circumvent the risk of nursing strategies to improve care quality and effect. Methods：By way of analysing and identifying the nursing risk factors that being consisted in the clinical application of insulin pump, strengthened risk awareness and standardization of nurse training, established a sound risk prevention mechanism to standardize the application of a variety of insulin pump care procedure and guidelines. Results：The glucose levels had a prominent improvement over pretreatment. Conclusion ：The implementation of effective risk management of nursing care to prevent the occurrence of potential safety problems and reduce the risk of the occurrence of care plays an important role.
