摘　　要：目的:分析上肢骨折患者外固定后并发关节僵硬的原因,并提出护理对策。方法:对103例上肢骨折并发关节僵硬的患者进行回顾性分析及问卷调查。结果:关节僵硬与患者的功能锻炼、遵医性、专业的指导监督等因素有关。结论:针对骨折并发关节僵硬的原因制定护理对策,对预防关节僵硬的发生,恢复患肢功能至关重要。Objective ：To analyze the cause of joint stiffness of the upper limb fracture patients with external fixation and to propose. Methods ： 103 patients with joint stiffness were retrospectively analyzed and given the questionnaire about patient compliance. Results：Joint stiffness were related with functional training,the patients compliance, guidance and supervision of the nurses,and so on. Conclusion：Improving our nursing service based on the cause of joint stiffness for fracture patients is essential to preventing the occurrence of joint stiffness.
