摘　　要：目的:提高门诊幼女小阴唇粘连松解术的护理疗效。方法:对门诊行不同术式的幼女小阴唇粘连患儿除常规手术护理配合外,完善心理护理,卫生宣教和术后家庭护理指导。结果:60例患儿小阴唇粘连分离效果较好,切口愈合显效22例,有效33例。结论:门诊幼女小阴唇粘连松解术落实整体护理可缩短治愈日。Objective： To improve nursing effect of infantile adhesion of labia minora with dissocution in outpatients. Methods ：The type of different way in out - paient department of a hospital opposite face each other infantile adhesion of labia minora with disocution except operation of convention look after and teach offer the to the art the family look after the instruction. Results：There was remarkable surgery effect,there was 22 patients has effect incision healing and 33 has clear effect. Conclusion：Out -patient department of a hospital inantile adhesion of labia minora with dissocution,it was whole to implement look after and may shorten cure the day.
