航道服务区若干重要问题的探索

摘　　要：航道服务区是一个新生事物,系统的、适合我国国情的航道服务区理论还未形成。为加快航道服务区的发展,根据现代运输组织理论,针对内河运输特定需要,分析和阐述了航道服务区的功能定位、航道服务区的建设选址和航道服务区的发展对策,供航道服务区的规划建设和理论研究参考。Waterway service area is a new thing in China, a systemic theory about waterway service district which adapt to national realities has not formed. In order to accelerate the development of theory about waterway service district, this paper analyses the function orientation, location and development countermeasure of waterway service district according to the theory of modern transport organizations and requests of inland river transportation. The results could be referred for planning, construction and theoretical study of waterway service district.
