2004～2007年厦门市海沧台商投资区部分中小学生超重与肥胖状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解中小学生超重与肥胖状况,为预防中小学生超重与肥胖发生提供依据。[方法]2004-2007年,每年对厦门市海沧区台商投资区城区和农村各1所中小学校学生进行体检。[结果]肥胖罹患率,2004-2007年平均为5.62%,各年分别为5.27%、5.32%、5.61%、6.25%（P〉0.05）。平均肥胖率,小学男生为10.22%,小学女生为4.07%（P〈0.01）;中学男生为6.49%,中学女生为2.82%（P〈0.01）;城区学生为6.36%,农村学生为4.49%（P〈0.01）。超重罹患率,2004-2007年平均为5.75%,各年分别为5.23%、5.38%、6.34%、6.00%（P〈0.05）。平均超重率,小学男生为9.12%,小学女生为6.97%（P〈0.01）;中学男生为5.02%,中学女生为3.98%（P〈0.01）;城区学生为6.21%,农村学生为5.05%（P〈0.01）。[结论]台商投资区中小学生超重率、肥胖率不高。[Objective]To study the prevalence of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students, provide scientific bases for prevention against overweight and obesity. [Methods]Physical examination was carried out in primary and middle school in city proper and suburb of Haicang investment zone for Taiwan Residents businessmen from 2004 to 2007. [Results] The average obesity rate of the students was 5.62 % from 2004 to 2007. The average obesity rate was 5.27% ,5.32% ,5.61% and 6.25% each year（ P 〉0.05）. The prevalence rave of obesity in primary school male students was 10.22% and was 4.07% in female（ P 〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of obesity in middle school male students was 6.49 % and in female was 2.82 % （ P 〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of obesity in city proper was 6.36 % and was 4.49 % in suburb（ P 〈0. 01）, The average overweight rate of the students was 5.75% from 2004 to 2007. The overweight rate was 5.23% ,5.38% ,6.34% and 6.00% each year（ P d0.05）. The prevalence rate of overweight in primary school male students was 9. 12% and was 6.97% in female（ P 〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of overweight in middle school male students was 5.02% and in female was 3.98%（ P 〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of overweight in city proper was 6.21% and was 5.05% in suburb（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The prevalence rate of obesity and overweight was not high in Haicang investment zone for Taiwan Residents businessmen.
