2008年龙岩市医用X射线工作人员健康检查情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解接触医用X线工作人员的健康状况,保障放射工作人员的健康与安全。[方法]2008年1-3月,对龙岩市市级各医疗机构在职X线诊疗工作人员（放射组）进行职业健康体检,并与非X线诊疗工作人员（对照）比较。[结果]调查放射组175人、对照组185人。头昏、头痛、乏力、失眠、健忘罹患率,接触组分别为30.86%、28.0%、19.45%,对照组分别为10.27%、12.97%、8.65%（P〈0.01）;脱发、晶体混浊罹患率,放射组分别为10.29%、36.57%,对照组分别为3.78%、25.95%（P〈0.05）;外周血象白细胞、血小板减少、嗜中性粒细胞增多罹患率,放射组分别为3.43%、2.29%、8.00%,对照组分别为1.08%、0.54%、3.24%（P〈0.05）。外周血象异常罹患率,放射组工龄〈10年者为23.17%,工龄≥10年者为16.13%（P〉0.05）。[结论]长期从事医用X射线的工作人员多种疾患的罹患率较高。[Objective]To investigate the health status among employees exposed to medical X-ray,protect the health and safety of the employees exposed to medical X-ray. [Methods]Physical examination was conducted for medical employees in service at different levels （radiation exposed group） from January to March, 2008, the result was compared with the employees not exposed to X-ray（control group）. [Results] 175 employees in exposed group and 185 in control group were investigated. The prevalence of dizziness, headache, hypodynamia, insomnia and loss of memory accounted for 30. 86%, 28.0% and 19.45% in radiation exposed group,while 10.27%,12.97% and 8.65% in control group（P 〈0.01）.The prevalence of calvities and crystal opacity accounted for 10.29 % and 36.57% in radiation exposed group and 3.78% , 25.95 % in control group（ P 〈0.05）. The prevalence of leukocytopenia, thrombocytopenia and rise of neutrophilic granulocyte accounted for 3.43% ,2.29% and 8.00% in radiation exposed group compared with 1.08% ,0.54% and 3.24% in control group（ P 〈0.05）. The prevalence of abnormal peripheral blood picture accounted for 23.17 % in radiation exposed group of less than 10 years standing and 16.13% in the group of more than 10 years standing（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The prevalence rate of diseases was higher among the employees exposed to medical X-ray at a long time.
