建构长株潭区域创新体系的基本思路及战略路径

摘　　要：区域创新是提高区域整体竞争力,实现区域发展的基本形式。目前很多地区和城市都在着手构建和培育本区域的创新体系,以期通过区域结构的调整和区域运行机制的变革加速本区域发展,提升本区域竞争力,实现区域经济可持续发展。长株潭区域要一体化发展,无论是作为区域经济一体化的重要组成部分,还是长株潭城市群的现实需要,必须分析构建长株潭区域创新体系的现实基础,提出建构长株潭区域创新体系的基本思路,探讨建构长株潭区域创新体系的战略路径,建立一个跨长株潭行政区的创新体系。Regional innovation is the basic form to promote the competitiveness of the whole region and to realize the regional development. By adjusting the regional structure and reforming the regional operating mechanism, the regional development would be accelerated, the regional competitiveness would be promoted, and the sustainable development of regional economy also would be realized. Thus, many regions and cities begin to construct and cultivate the regional innovation system at present. To constructing an innovation system cross the administrative areas of Chang-Zhu-Tan is inevitable not only because it＇s an important component of the regional economic integration, but also because it＇s the realistic need of constructing Chang-Zhu-Tan City Group. Starting from the analysis of the practical foundation of constructing the regional innovation system of Chang-Zhu-Tan, this paper proposed the basic thinking, and studied the strategic path.
