高等学校学生德育工作方法创新

摘　　要：适应社会的发展要求和青年学生的特点,改变我们的德育工作的方法,努力培养德智体全面发展的社会主义现代化建设者和接班人是高校思想政治工作者不断探讨的永恒课题。我们应该在德育教育中遵循五大原则,即集中教育与经常性教育相结合,政治思想工作与严格的日常管理教育相结合,校内教育与校外教育相结合,教师引路与学生自我教育相结合,专职干部教育与教书育人,服务育人相结合。It is an eternal issue to keep under review for ideological and political workers to adapt to the demands of social development and characteristics of young students, change the methods of moral education and strive to cultivate all-round socialist builders and successors of modernization. We should follow the five principles of moral education： the combination of concentrated education and regular education, the combination of political and ideological work and the strict management of day-to-day education, the combination of school education and out-of-school education, the combination of teachers＇ guidance and self-education and the combination of the education of full-time cadres and service teaching.
