摘  要:TDZ是一种新型植物生长调节剂,具有很强的细胞分裂素活性(CTK),研究了不同浓度TDZ对大蒜愈伤组织培养和大蒜鳞茎分化的影响。试验结果表明,15%浓度的TDZ对大蒜愈伤组织培养的促进作用最明显,诱导率达到75%;而在MS+15%TDZ的培养基上,愈伤组织增殖最快,诱导出的黄色致密愈伤组织分化能力最强,质量最好。TDZ is a new plant growth regulator, it has very strong activity of kinetin (CTK). The effect of TDZ were studied on the callus formation and bulb differntiation in garlic. The results showed that: 15% TDZ could significantly improve the callus induction in garlic had the most obvious promoter action to tissue culture of garlic. The percentage of callus formation reached 75%, but the callus propagated most quickly on the MS+15% TDZ euhure medium, the callus were yellow and compact, the differentiation ability was the strongest, the quality was the best.
