摘  要:[目的]研究主要矿质元素在肉苁蓉不同部位的分布。[方法]以管花肉苁蓉为材料,对其进行纵向(基部、顶端、中部和下部)和横向处理(从外向内分为6个薄层和芯,6个薄层合成3个处理),样品杀青、称重、粉碎后测定微量元素含量。[结果]矿质元素的横向分布和纵向分布中,Na、K含量最高,其次为P和Ca;除Na外,其他几种元素含量从外层到内层逐渐降低;K含量从顶端到基部逐渐降低,P、Ca、Fe和Mn含量两端高中间低。A l含量基部最高(0.82%),Mg、Zn含量顶端最高,其他部位差别不大。[结论]矿质元素在肉苁蓉不同部位的分布规律不同。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the distribution of main mineral elements in different parts of Cistanche tubulesa. [ Method] With C. tubulesa as the materials, they were vertically ( base, top, middle and lower) and laterally treated (6 thin layers and core layer were divid- ed from outer to inner and 6 thin layers consisted 3 treatments). Trace element contents in samples were determined after green removing, weighting and grinding. [ Result] In lateral and vertical distribution of mineral element in C. tubulesa, the contents of Na and K were the highest and the following were those of P and Ca. Except Na, other element contents were gradually decreased from outer to inner. K content was decreased from top to base. The contents of P, Ca, Fe and Mn in two ends were higher and those in middle were lower. A] content in base was the highest (0.82%), and the contents of Mg and Zn in top were the highest, while their contents in other parts had little difference. [ Conclusion] The distribution law of mineral elements in different parts of Cistanche tubulesa was different.
