摘　　要：[目的]研究EM菌液对乳猪黄痢的早期防治效果。[方法]将14头母猪中每2头母猪所产的22头乳猪分为1组(共6个试验组和1个对照组),试验组乳猪出生后分别灌胃EM原露3、5 ml/头,发生黄痢后灌服EM原露5、10、20 ml/头,对照组乳猪出生后不灌服EM原露,发病后灌服痢菌净;在饲料中掺入20 ml EM原露饲喂母猪,观察所产乳猪的发病情况。[结果]灌胃试验中,试验组乳猪总发病率为6.06%,对照组乳猪发病率为40.91%,发病后灌服5 ml EM原露有1头死亡、灌服10、20 ml EM原露无死亡现象;在饲料中掺入20 ml EM原露饲喂母猪后,所产乳猪3 d内的总发病率为16.92%,对照组发病率为49.62%。[结论]EM菌液可有效防治乳猪早期黄痢。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the prevention effect of EM bacterial liquid on yellow scour of suckling pig in early stage. [Method] Each 22 suckling pigs produced by each 2 sows among 14 sows were taken as one group（ there were 6 tested groups and 1 CK group）. The suckling pigs in tested groups were given EM original liquid 3, 5 mE/pig by gavage after birth and were given EM original liquid 5, 10, 20 mE/pig after yellow scour appeared. The suckling pigs in CK group were not given EM original liquid and were given Lijunjing after yellow scour appeared. 20 ml EM original liquid was added into the feed to raise nursing sow, the prevalence situation of the produced suckling pigs was studied. [ Result ] In EM gavage tests, total incidence of suckling pigs in tested groups was 6.06% , and that of CK group was 40. 91%. 1 suckling pig died when suckling pigs were given EM original liquid 5 mE/pig by gavage after yellow scour appeared, but there were no death phenomenon when suckling pigs were given EM original liquid 10, 20 mE/pig by garage after yellow scour appeared. When sows were raised with feed that contained 20 ml EM original liquid, the total incidence of the produced suckling pigs in 3 d was 16.92% and that in CK group was 49.62%. [ Conclusion] EM bacterial liquid could effectively prevent yellow scour of suckling pigs in early stage.
