摘  要:介绍了传统钢渣处理技术的弊端及BSSF技术的工艺优势,阐述了宝钢BSSF渣处理技术的工艺原理、工艺流程和技术特点;介绍了针对转炉炼钢熔渣的特性所开发的BSSF四种系列化机型,分析了不同机型的结构、特点及其对不同熔渣的适应性;对滚筒的尾气排放以及处理后成品渣的理化性能做了分析和研究,并简要介绍了BSSF技术的市场推广及工业应用情况,最后提出了BSSF技术今后的研发重点和方向。The weak points of the traditional slag treatment technique and advantages of the BSSF process are introduced. The process principle, flow-chart and characteristics of the BSSF steelmaking slag treatment technique are given. Four types of the BSSF have been developed according to different sorts of steelmaking slag. Their structures,characteristics and adaptability to slags of different fluidity are presented. The dust concentration of the discharged off-gas, distribution of particle sizes and physical and chemical performances of the finished BSSF converter slag are also analyzed. Its marketing situation and applications in industries are also mentioned briefly. Finally, the developmental direction of the BSSF technique is discussed.
