糖脂平颗粒对小鼠的急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察糖脂平颗粒灌胃1d后小鼠的急性毒性反应和死亡情况，以评价其安全性。方法将糖脂平颗粒以最大浓度给小鼠灌胃，发现小鼠没有出现死亡，未测出LD50，故测其最大给药量。结果糖脂平颗粒最大给药量为85．72g/kg，相当于临床拟用曰剂量0．29g/kg的296倍。结论急性毒性实验认为，糖脂平颗粒口服无毒，安全性高。Objective To study the acute toxic reaction of Tang-zhi-ping granule on mice. Methods The maximum concentration of Tang-zhi-ping granule was administrated to mice with no dead mice was found. LD50 did not be found, so we detected the maximum administration dosage. Results The maximum administration dosage of tang-zhi-ping granule was 85.72 g/kg, equaling to 296 times of clinical daily dose which is 0.29 g/kg. Conclusion Tang-zhi-ping granule is determined by acute toxicity study to be safe and having no toxicity.
