穴位注射治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射疗法对糖尿病性周围神经病变（DPN）的影响。方法将65例DPN患者经过调整阶段后随机分为两组，对照组在基础治疗的同时加用针刺治疗，治疗组在基础治疗的同时加用红花注射液穴位注射。3个疗程后测量神经功能参数，观察临床症状的变化。结果治疗后，穴位注射组对神经功能参数及临床症状有显著改善，优于针刺组（P〈0．05）。结论红花注射液穴位注射治疗DPN，可改善神经功能的同步性，提高神经传导的速度。Objective To observe the effect of treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy with Acupoint Injection. Methods 65 patient with DPN were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group after adjusting stage. The control group was treated with acupuncture, while the treatment group was treated with the Safflower inoculation fluid acupuncture point injects. Nerve function parameter （MDNS, NCV） and clinical symptoms were observed after 3 therapeutic courses. Results Nerve function parameter （MDNS, NCV） and clinical symptoms in the treatment group were apparently improved after treatment （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Acupuncture point injected with Safflower inoculation fluid may improve clinical symptoms and nerve functions of DPN patients.
