自拟参芪健胃汤为主治疗消化性溃疡50例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟参芪健胃汤为主治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将100例消化性溃疡病患者随机分为两组，各50例。对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上配合自拟参芪健胃汤治疗，50d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为94．0％，对照组为72．0％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论自拟参芪健胃汤为主治疗消化性溃疡疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective to observe the clinical curative effect of treating peptic ulcer based on self prepared Shen-Qi-Jian-Wei Decoction. Methods 100 patients suffered peptic ulcer are devided into two groups in random,each for 50. The control group take the western common treatment, the treatment group is based on the control group combination with the Shen-Qi-Jian-Wei decoction made by self.a course of treatment is 50days. Results the total effective power of the control group is 94.0%, the total effective power of the treat group is 72.0%, the total effective power comparision of two groups is obvious,the diffierence has the stastitical meanings.Conclusion the treatment of peptic ulcer based on the Shen-Qi-Jian-Wei decoction made by self is superior to the pure western medicine group.
