摘　　要：近来诸多中医药学者从痰、湿、瘀、热论治代谢综合征，这不仅符合中医理论，而且取得了一定的临床效果，也从动物实验中得到证实。Recently, many Chinese doctors have treated metabolic syndrome from pathogenic phlegm, dampness, stasis and heat, which not only meets the theory of TCM, but also has achieved good clinical effects, besides the method has been confirmed by animal experiments.
