摘 要:以石油醚为溶剂,索氏提取法提取纺织品中的氯菊酯。采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用PDA检测器,Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱,流动相V(乙腈):V(水)=88:12,对纺织品样品中氯菊酯含量进行了测定。该方法的检出限(LOD)为2ng,定量限(LOQ)为2.5μg·g^-1(定容25mL)。氯菊酯工作曲线方程为Y=3855.8+2697312.4X,相关系数r=0.9999。添加水平400~10000μg·g^-1,平均回收率100.1%~102.6%,相对标准偏差0.70%~2.46%。Permethrin was extracted with petroleum ether by soxhlet extraction apparatus from the fabric samples, and it was determined by a high performance liquid chromatography with photodiode-array detector, Hypersil BDS C18 chromatographic column, and the mobile phase was V(acetonitrile) : V(redistilled water) = 88 :12, respectively. The content of permethrin was determined under these operation conditions. The LOD was 2 ng and LOQ was 2.5μg ·g ^-1 (constant volume 25 mL), respectively. The linear equation of permethrin was Y = 3 855.8 +2 697 312.4X, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The fortification level was from 400μg ·g ^-1 to 10 000 μg ·g ^-1The result showed that the average recovery was from 100 .1% to 102.6% and the RSD from 0.70% to 2.46 0%.
