摘 要:研究了Fe2(SO4)3(NiSO4)/-γAl2O3催化剂对异丁烯齐聚反应的催化性能,考察了催化剂的寿命、稳定性及强度,并与工业化硅铝小球催化剂进行了对比。结果表明:Fe2(SO4)3(NiSO4)/-γAl2O3催化剂与工业化硅铝小球催化剂活性相近;Fe2(SO4)3(NiSO4)/-γAl2O3催化剂中未成型催化剂活性达到95%以上,成型催化剂活性达到88%,二聚产物选择性较高,其中成型催化剂二聚物选择性达到52%左右;副产物少,低温活性好,反应过程温和,易于控制。The catalytic behavior of Fe2(SO4)3-(NiSO4)/γ-Al2O3 in isobutene oiigomerization was studied. Its life, stability and intensity were examined. Compared with the industrial silicon-aluminum ball, the catalyst was of almost the same activity as that of the ball. The activity of powder catalyst reached over 95%and the shaped one reached 88%. The selectivity of dimmer obtained over the catalyst was higher than that over the ball and reached about 52%. The catalyst is of the advantages of fewer by-products, higher low temperature activity and easy to control the reaction.
