摘　　要：目的了解昆明市厂矿企业职工的生理和心理健康状况及其影响因素,旨在保护劳动者的健康。方法采用自制的企业人群健康状况调查表和健康测量量表SF-8(中国版)对昆明市21家厂矿企业的1187名职工进行健康现况调查。结果①21家厂矿企业人群生理健康状况得分为49.97±6.62;②21家厂矿企业人群心理健康状况得分为48.78±7.46;③工龄、企业性质、收入和婚姻状况是影响生理健康的主要因素;④企业性质、收入是影响心理健康的主要因素。结论厂矿企业职工的生理和心理健康状况普遍较差,建议加强职业病的防护和职业健康教育,提高职工生命质量。[Objective] To understand the physical health and psychological health status of employees and its influencing factors to improve the workers＇health in Kunming City. [Methods] A self-designed questionnaire and the SF-8 （Chinese version） health survey questionnaire covering 21 enterprises with 1187 employees in Kunming city were conducted. [ Results ] ①The average score of the physical health at 21 enterprises were 49.97±6.62. ②The average score of the psychological health at 21 enterprises were 48.78 ± 7.46. ③The major influencing factors of the physical health were length of service, income and marital status. ④The major influencing factors of the psychological health were income. [Conclusion] The physical health and psychological health status of employees are generally poor. It is suggest that prevention of occupational diseases and occupational health education should be strengthened to improve the quality of life of employees.
