摘　　要：大棚绿色豆芽生产是目前一种新兴的、典型的高产高效农业种植模式,大棚豆芽菜是一种营养高、无公害的新型蔬菜,种植简便,介绍了绿色豆芽菜生物学特征、特性及高产栽培技术,实现大棚绿色豆芽菜的高产高效。Greenhouse green bean sprouts production is an emerging, the typical pattern of high-yield cultivation of high-efficiency agriculture presently, greenhouse bean sprouts is a high-nutrition, a new type of pollution-free vegetables, cultivation of simple. This article describes the biological characteristics, features of the green bean sprouts, and high-yield cultivation techniques, to achieve the high yield and high efficiency of green bean sprouts.
