薄叶红厚壳根的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：利用现代色谱分离技术对薄叶红厚壳Calophyllum membranaceum根的乙醇提取物氯仿部位进行分离纯化,得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:木栓酮(Friedelin,Ⅰ)、海棠果醇(Canophyllol,Ⅱ)、木栓醇(Epi-friedelinol,Ⅲ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,Ⅳ)、穗花杉双黄酮(Amentoflavone,Ⅴ)、7-羟基香豆素(7-dihydroxycoumarin,Ⅵ)、紫花前胡苷(Marmesinin,Ⅶ)、紫花前胡苷元(Nodakenetin,Ⅷ)。其中化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Eight compounds were isolated from the roots of Calophyllum membranaceum Gardn using silica gel column chromatography and sephadex LH -20 chromatography, et al. Their chemical compounds were determined to be Friedclin （ I ）, Canophyllol （ Ⅱ ） acid （ Ⅳ ）, Amentoflavone （ Ⅴ ）, 7-dihydroxycoumarin （Ⅵ）, Marmesinin （Ⅶ）, Nodakenetin （Ⅷ）on the basis of comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical method. Compounds Ⅵ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were firstly isolated from this plant.
