摘　　要：教育民主化在教学领域,以尊重学生人格、平等地对待学生,建立民主和平等的师生关系,是教育民主化的要求和体现。本文主要讨论师生关系民主化的现状和建立民主化的师生关系的途径。In the field of teaching, the requirement and embodiment of education democracy is based on respecting students' personalities , treating them equally and building up the teacher-student relationship characterized by democracy and equality .The paper mainly discuss the state of teacher-student relationship' democracy in class and how to realize it.
