摘　　要：我国区域高等教育数量多、发展快,但办学水平相对较低。与社会经济发展水平相适应,区域高等教育要树立正确的发展理念,坚持并加快地方化发展,主动为地方社会经济建设和发展服务,在服务中办出特色、提高水平。China＇s regional institutions of higher education are large in number and fast in development, yet relatively low in the level. To adapt to the socio-economic development, regional institutions of higher education should establish a correct concept of development, adhere to and to accelerate local development, and be initiative to serve the local socio-economic construction and development so that they could form their own features and raise the educational quality.
