摘　　要：为了了解牛蹄叶炎病研究进展现状,对国内外牛蹄叶炎发病原因,发病机理,发病症状与防治等方面的研究进行了归纳总结,以期为以后的工作提供科学依据。Bovine laminitis, a devastating disease of cattle, that is disseminated and no decomposed inflammatory changes of derma. Laminits with high incidence and can induce lots of other diseases, such as hoof deformation and hoof anabrosis, so great loss was caused in cattle industry. Laminitis highlighted study on cattle recently, however, at present, experimental research were seldom done, the etiological factor and etiopathogenesis are poorly understood, effective treatment and preventive measures are still under dispute. Based on the status of researches home and abroad, the advancement of etiological factor, pathogenesy, treatment and preventive measures were reviewed.
