摘 要:沃尔巴克氏体(Wolbachia)是一类广泛分布于昆虫等节肢动物生殖组织内的共生细菌,对寄主的生殖方式有重要的调控作用,因而在害虫基因工程和生物防治中具有重要意义。本研究应用Wolbachia的外膜蛋白wsp基因的特异性引物,通过PCR扩增法检测了北京市郊设施蔬菜上萝卜蚜(Lipaphis erysimi)、甘蓝蚜(Brevicoryne bras-sicae)、桃蚜(Myzus persicae)体内Wolbachia的感染状况。结果表明,3种蔬菜蚜虫体内均能扩增出长度约为500 bp(萝卜蚜)和590 bp(甘蓝蚜、桃蚜)的wsp目的基因片断,表明这几种主要蚜虫体内均广泛存在Wolbachia的感染,为利用Wolbachia基因工程开发菜蚜的生物防治新途径奠定了基础。Wolbachia are a common group of symbiotic bacteria found in reproductive tissues of a wide range of arthropods including insects. These bacteria have evolved various mechanisms for regulating their host's reproductive modes, which makes it as a potential agent in biological control of insect pests through gene engineering. In this study, we detected the Wolbachia infection in three species of the vegetable aphids, Lipaphis erysimi , Brevicoryne brassicae and Myzus persicae , collected from Beijing suburb by using specific primers for the wsp gene of Wolbachia and PCR method. The results indica- ted that a fragment of approximately 500 bp of Wolbachia wsp gene were amplified from L. erysimi. Likewise, two fragments of approximately 590 bp were amplified from B. brassicae and M. persicae, respectively. It is suggested that main species of vegetable aphids collected from Beijing were infected by Wolbachia, Which might contribute to the foundation for biological control of these insect pests.
