摘　　要：节能减排是应对资源短缺,保护生态环境,实现可持续发展的重要举措。节能减排,科技先行。近年来,市政建设行业不断推广新技术应用,如垃圾焚烧发电、污水再生利用、冷热电三联供、太阳能综合利用等等,发挥了科技在节能减排中的支撑和引领作用。Energy saving and emission reduction is a basic national policy and an important measure to deal with shortage of resources, protect ecological environment and achieve sustainable development. Science and technology go first for energy saving and emission reduction. In recent years, the municipal construction industry promotes the application of new technologies, such as sewage recycling, power generation from garbage incineration, combined production of air conditioning heat/cold and electricity and solar energy utilization etc, which have played a supporting and leading role in energy saving and emission reduction.
