摘  要:以利血平大鼠脾虚模型为研究对象,采用RT-PCR技术,研究脾虚大鼠胃肠道不同组织中促胰液素和抑胃肽mR-NA表达变化及其对胰腺外分泌的影响。结果显示,与各自对照组相比,脾虚大鼠SECmRNA表达在十二指肠和回肠都显著降低(P<0.05);GIP mRNA表达在胃窦显著降低(P<0.05)。表明,SEC和GIP mRNA下调是引起脾虚的重要原因。The purpose of this study was to investigate secretin (SEC) and gastric inhibitory peptide (GIP) mRNA expressions, and effects on pancreatic external secretion in the different tissues of the gas- trointestinal tract from the reserpine-induced spleen deficiency rats using RT-PCR. The results showed that compared with their controls, the mRNA expression of SEC in the spleen deficiency rats was signifi- cantly lower (P〈0.05) in the duodenum and ileum. GIP mRNA expression decreased significantly (P〈 0.05) in the antrum. It suggested that downregulation of SEC and GIP mRNA expression is one of the critical factors contributing to spleen deficiency in rats.
