摘  要:基于软件无线电思想,设计了一种灵活、开放的EVM通用测试模型,给出了测试模型的总体架构与软件架构,并分析了基于该模型的EVM测试系统误差来源,确定了影响EVM测试不确定度的主要因素,利用极限误差法量化分析了EVM测量不确定度,最后通过实际应用对模型的有效性进行了验证,为通信设备EVM测试和结果估算提供了可靠的技术基础。A General EVM Test Model based on SDR, which has a big flexibility, is designed, and its main structure and software structure are given. Then the error sources of EVM test systems based on this model were analyzed. After the key factors which has an influence on the uncertainty of EVM test is confirmed, the uncertainty is analyzed with the extreme error figured out. Finally, an instance based on this model proved the effectivity of the model. The model will offer a dependable technology base to communication equipments EVM test and the count of its uncertainty.
