摘  要:目的探讨南方地区胎儿期体质发育数据,为影像诊断、孕期保健等提供参考数据。方法对741例引产胎儿的心脏、肾脏及体重进行测量性分析。结果①胎儿的心脏、肾脏及体重增长速率与胎龄增加呈正相关。心脏、肾脏在28w前、33~37w间变化明显,29—32w为变化敏感期。②胎儿体重与心脏、肾脏重量、心、肾脏大小间以及孕周与心、肾脏存在线性关系,其中体重与心、肾脏长间的线性关系较强。结论可考虑利用心、肾脏大小状况对胎儿体重(间接反映发育状况)进行预测。Objective:To explore data of fetal constitutional development in south so as to provide a reference gist for image diagnosis and health care in pregnancy. Methods:Heart, kidney and body weight were measured and analyzed in 741 fetuses by way of artificial labor. Results : (1)Positive correlation existed among the rate of feral heart, kidney and body w eight accretion and the increasing of fetal age. The change of the heart and kidney was obvious before 28 weeks and during 33 - 37 weeks and the change of body weigtht was sensitive during 29 - 32 weeks. (2)There was linear relationship between fetal body weight, the weight and kidney , the size of heart and kidney. Furthermore, there was the similar relationship between gestational weeks and that of heart and kidney as well, especially between body weight, the length of heart and kidney. Condusion : It can be considered to utilize the size of heart and kidney for forecasting the fetal body weight (or indirectly reflect the stare of development).
