摘 要:目的了解沈阳市就诊居民对社区卫生服务的满意度,并对满意度进行排序评价。方法采取描述性分析和TOPSIS法对调查结果进行评价。结果沈阳市就诊居民对社区卫生服务总体满意度为87.30%;满意度处于"好"、"一般"和"差"水平的城区占调查城区的比例分别为20%、70%和10%。结论沈阳市社区卫生服务开展较好,但还有一定的提升空间。社区卫生服务机构应积极采取各种措施,提高居民的满意度。Objective To have a view of inhabitants' satisfaction of community health service(CHS) in Shenyang and give an evaluation to investigation results. Method The satisfaction of CHS was measured and analyzed with the describing method and TOPSIS. Results The general satisfaction was high, accounting for 87.30%. Districts whose satifaetion of CHS at the "good" level accounted for 20%, and there was 70 percent districts' satisfation of CHS at the "general" level, other (" poor"level)was 10%. Conclusion Shenyang City has achieved some success, hut there are still great room to improve. CHS institutions should take active measures to improve the residents' satisfaction of the CHS.
