摘 要:按照中国特高压避雷器技术条件和相关国家/IEC标准,研发了1000kV瓷外套避雷器。应用3-D电场解析控制技术,解析各种情况下的电位分布,并完成有/无均压电容结构的设计,且完全满足技术条件要求。应用精密漏电流传感器探头,通过整只避雷器试验,证实解析结果的精确度。试验结果表明,无均压电容结构,电位分布不均匀系数为1.14,荷电率为88%;有均压电容结构,电位分布不均匀系数为1.08,荷电率为83%。尽管2种设计都满足技术条件要求,有均压电容结构首先被应用于特高压试验示范工程。对无均压电容结构避雷器,应在特高压交流试验基地带电考核的基础上,应用于将来的特高压工程。We developed the 1000kV porcelain housed surge arrester in accordance with the UHV arrester specification in China and the relative standards, such as GB and IEC standards. We analyzed the potential distribution in many cases with 3-D field analysis code, and completed the design both with and without ceramic capacitors which fulfill the requirements in the specification. We verified the accuracy of the analysis by the measurement for full scale arrester using fiber optical leakage current sensors. From the measurement results, the voltage sharing factor of 1.14 and applied voltage ratio of 88% were verified for the design without capacitors, and the voltage sharing factor of 1.08 and applied voltage ratio of 83% was verified for the design with capacitors. Although both design fulfill the requirement in the specification, the design with ceramic capacitors was applied to the first UHV pilot project. We plan to promote the field test of the design without ceramic capacitors at the UHV AC Test Laboratory to prepare for the application in the future projects.
