摘  要:为实现VO2薄膜相变过程中温度控制的目的,设计了一种基于1-Wire总线技术的智能温控系统,将多个温度传感器直接通过1-Wire总线连接到微控制器,使系统节省I/O口,增大微控制器的扩展功能。本系统系统可根据需要设定报警温度,实现温度的并行采集,并可与计算机实现串口通信实时监控温度。从硬件和软件两方面介绍了温控系统的设计,通过Proteus和Keil软件联合调试进行实际电路的仿真。经过实验测试表明:系统运行稳定,实现可靠的温度监控。In order to realize the temperature control during the phase transition of VO2 tilm, an intelligent temperature control system based on 1-wire bus is designed, which connects multiple sensors to the microcontroller through 1-wire bus and makes interfaces simplified and well-expanded saving on I/O. The system could be set at different alarm temperature with the real-time need, detect multi-channel temperature concurrently and realize serial communication with PC. The design of system is introduced on hardware and software, with the circuit simulation by the software of Proteus and Keil. The experiment shows that the system works stability,assuring the credibility of temperature detection.
