三十烷醇对龙胆草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：三十烷醇是一种广谱性的植物生长促进剂。探讨了三十烷醇对龙胆草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,三十烷醇能促进龙胆草种子萌发、提高发芽率和发芽势。龙胆草经三十烷醇处理后,其幼苗生长速度、叶片叶绿素素含量和根系活力显著增高,并且以0.1mg.L-1浓度效果最佳。Triacontanol is plant growth promoters of broad spectruml.The effects of triacontanol on the Seeds Germination of Seedlings Growth of Gentiana scabra were studied in the experiment. The results showed that triacontanol promoted the seed germination, and the seed treated with triacontanol have a higher germination rate and germination potential. Triaeontanol advanced seedlings growth, and increased chlorophyll contents and roots activities of Gentiana scabra seedlings during seedlings growth. The 0.1mg·L^-1 concentration is the best one among the treatments.
