摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,通过计算控制要素、有限元计算分析,对2种结构的密封性能进行比较。在不同设计参数条件下,计算出2种管路锥形密封结构满足密封条件时主要设计参数与轴向预紧力、密封面宽及vonMises应力的关系曲线,获得主要设计参数在工程应用时较稳健的取值范围。计算结果表明,在同等密封条件下,与锥头-锥孔结构比较,球头-锥孔的密封性能相对更好。With the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS, the sealing performances of two kinds of pipeline cone sealing structures are compared through the computation and analysis of controlled factors and finite element models, Under different design parameters that meet the sealed requirements, the relationships between main design parameters and axial preloading force, between sealing surface width and von Mises stress of the two pipeline cone sealing structures are obtained, and the robust design parameter range for the pipeline cone sealing structures is also achieved in this study. The computational result indicates that comparing with the cone head--cone hore structure, the ball head--cone hole structure has better sealing effect on the same sealing conditions.
