摘　　要：针对常规导弹机电引信的技术特点,通过对机电引信可靠性增长试验方法研究,建立一种科学的机电引信可靠性评估模型和方法,先定义可靠性指标,再通过模型选择、图分析法/统计分析法建立可靠性增长模型,经环境应力筛选实验、综合环境应力实验、实验故障分析与处理、实验评估摸索适合机电引信的可靠性增长试验经验,提高机电引信的可靠性。Aiming at technical characteristics of routine missile electromechanical fuze, and according to research of electromechanical fuze test method, estabilish an evaluating medel and put forward a method for electromechanical fuze reliability growth test. First, ensure its reliability index, and then through choose model, draw an analytic method/statistic analytic method to establish reliability growth model. After ambient stress screening, synthesis ambient stress, experiment fault analysis and deal, experiment evaluation finds suitable reliability growth experience of electromechanical fuze, and accordingly improvs electromechanical fuze＇s reliabilities.
