摘　　要：在总结传统航空维修安全文化具体表现的基础上,针对其在事故的预防与调查、事故的处罚方式与方法以及对维修人员的影响等方面存在的弊端,深入分析、阐述现代航空维修安全文化的基本观点。Based on foundation of summing up concrete manifestation of traditional aviation service securities, while aiming at accident＇s aspects in terms of prevention and investigations, accident＇s punishment way and method, as well as malpractice, which influence servicemen＇s daily work, through thoroughly analysis, elaborate basic conceptions of modem aviation service securities.
