摘 要:目的测定青海道地药材秦艽花中龙胆苦苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地秦艽花中龙胆苦苷的含量。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(1∶2v/v),检测波长为254nm。结果在0.54~5.40μg范围内龙胆苦苷峰面积与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为95.04%(RSD=3.67%),日内、日间精密度分别为1.20%和1.93%。结论本测定方法灵敏、准确、简便,适用于秦艽花中龙胆苦苷含量测定。Objective To determine the determination of gentiopieroside of gentiana's flower in Qinghai.Methods The concentration of gentiopicroside was determined by RP - HPLC method , the analysis involved a 250 mm × 4.6mm column packed with C18 (5 μm) ,the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol -water (1: 2). Resuits A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.54 - 5.40 μg ( r = 0. 9994 ), the average recovery was 95.04% ,the relative stand deviations of within - day and between - day were 1.20% and 1.93%. Conclusion The result has demonstrated that it is a sensitive, accurate and simple method for determination of gentiopicroside's flower in gentiana.
