摘　　要：本文通过对温州两家乡镇卫生院实行股份合作制的产权制度改革情况的调查分析,认为在“改制”过程中应明晰产权,堵塞国有和集体财产流失的漏洞,要确定合理的分配结构,规范乡镇卫生院股份合作制的运作并逐步完善,使之健康发展。The authors investigated and analyzed the reform of property right system two and village and town hospital, which practiced share- holding system in Wen Zhou City. They thought that the property right should be clarified, the drain of state or collective property should be prohibited. It is necessary to determine the rational distribution structure, to standardize and improve the running of share-holding cooperative system of town and village hospital, and to make it develop well.
