摘　　要：借鉴企业管理理论中的业务部制管理模式和一线工作法,探索推行片区院长负责制的新型医院管理模式,实现片区院长对一线的直接指挥,使医院管理扁平化,并建立起片区院长责权利统一的激励与约束相结合的机制,以解决目前医院管理中存在的一些难题,提高医院的整体管理水平。Referred by the multidivisional organization mode and line organization mode in enterprise, new hospital management mode named as block president responsibility system is explored. The block president can directly command direct staff to fiat management layer. Incentive mechanism which regulates the rights and duties to block president is designed to solve some hospital management problems and improve hospital management.
